Retirez les graines avec une cuill\u00e8re, puis d\u00e9coupez en morceaux d\u2019environ 5 cm. Placez d\u00e9licatement la courge dans une grande casserole d&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e. Conservez 3 tasses d\u2019eau de cuisson chaude.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:49px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00e9tape 4.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients dans le plat allant au four :<\/strong> Dans une grande cocotte avec couvercle, ajoutez 2 c. \u00e0 soupe de beurre non sal\u00e9, le riz, les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s, la courgette r\u00e2p\u00e9e, 2 tasses de pur\u00e9e de courge, 3 tasses d\u2019eau de cuisson et le vin blanc (ou \u00bd tasse d\u2019eau de cuisson suppl\u00e9mentaire si vous n\u2019utilisez pas de vin). Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre. M\u00e9langez. Ajoutez la chapelure panko et faites cuire en remuant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle soit dor\u00e9e, environ 1 minute. Ajoutez 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de sauge. (Si vous utilisez des feuilles fra\u00eeches, faites-les frire avant d\u2019ajouter la chapelure, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient croustillantes, environ 30 secondes. \u00c9crasez finement les feuilles et m\u00e9langez-les \u00e0 la chapelure.) Incorporez les 2 c. \u00e0 soupe de beurre restant, 1 tasse de fromage, la sauge restante, du sel et du poivre, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse. Ajoutez la chapelure et le reste du fromage sur le dessus.
